Echoing Symphony and David Rose have a veteran songwriting ministry where David seeks out war veterans and Gold Star Families, sits down with them and listens to their story. David then creates a song for the veteran as a form of healing, respect and gratitude to the veteran or Gold Star Family for their service and sacrifices.
How It Works
David will visit local veteran organizations to meet potential songwriting subjects. He then schedules a time to spend an hour or two with the veteran or Gold Star Family to learn their story. The interview is recorded just so David's 75 year old mind won't have to rely on short-term memory to write the song. David then retreats to the privacy and serenity of his man cave to create the song. The song is then delivered electronically in a mp3 format for easy listening. It's that simple.
This veteran interview does not have to be done in person locally. David can interview the veteran or Gold Star Family from anywhere there is a phone connection.
